Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We use their reliable network to ensure your homewares arrive safely at your door.

Delivery Time frames

Delivery times are estimated and depend on your location and the Australia Post service selected:

  • Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery time frames commence from the dispatch date, not the order date. These are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • Signature Required: Some items may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • Safe Drop: Where applicable, Australia Post may leave packages in a safe location if no one is available to receive them.
  • Parcel Lockers: We can deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers - simply provide your Parcel Locker address at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Dispatch notification
  • Australia Post tracking number
  • Link to track your package online

You can track your package anytime at auspost.com.au using your tracking number.

  3. Contact us if the issue persists or if your item arrives damaged

Special Delivery Requirements

  • Fragile Items: We take extra care packaging fragile homewares with appropriate protective materials.
  • Large Items: Bulky furniture or large homewares may require special handling and longer delivery times and may incur additional costs.
  • Rural/Remote Delivery: Additional delivery time may apply to remote locations.

Responsibilities

  • Our Responsibility: We are responsible for securely packaging your items and handing them to Australia Post in good condition.
  • Australia Post Responsibility: Once dispatched, Australia Post is responsible for the safe delivery of your package.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or arrange alternative delivery options.

Peak Periods

During busy periods (Christmas, Easter, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
